Mr Thupaatlase is the founding Managing Director of KBT Incorporated and one of the youngest CIPC-certified Business Rescue Practitioners in South Africa. A dual-qualified attorney and business rescue practitioner, he brings depth of expertise across commercial law, litigation, and corporate restructuring.
He has practiced across a wide variety of legal disciplines, accumulating significant experience that enables him to serve KBT's diverse client base at the highest level — with a clear vision to build one of South Africa's premier Black-owned law firms.
